Ms. Nittaya Thijai
Ms. Nittaya Thijai serves as a director and major shareholder of T.I.N. Network (Thailand) Co., Ltd., bringing nearly two decades of specialized experience in high-value real estate transactions and property management. As a cornerstone of the company’s leadership, Ms. Nittaya provides critical operational oversight and strategic direction for real estate acquisitions across the Thai market. Her deep-rooted expertise is instrumental in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring the company’s seamless alignment with local market dynamics, making her experience central to the company’s success in delivering secure property solutions.
Mr. Pokpong Yindeepol
Mr. Pokpong Yindeepol serves as the Executive Director for the Thailand Investor Network, bringing over 40 years of extensive experience in the Thai property sector. His distinguished career includes a significant tenure as the Director of Real Estate at AIA Thailand. This background uniquely positions him to lead onshore Thai operations, cultivate crucial relationships with Thai legal counsel and the Land Office, and foster partnerships with key Thai institutional entities, ensuring the robust local integration of the Better-than-Freehold® structure.
Ms. Suphin Mechuchep
Ms. Suphin Mechuchep, a director and shareholder of T.I.N. Network (Thailand) Co., Ltd., brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the Thai real estate industry. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of JLL Thailand and is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Director, Executive Director, and Authorized Director at Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited, a listed subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited. Her leadership in major real estate firms and her deep understanding of the Thai property market are invaluable to the governance and operational compliance of TIN.
